 STREAMLINED LEARNING TRACK PROGRAM

Up to 5 students attending Level I Onsite or Remote Training 

The Streamlined Learning Track Program is designed to get a new or existing Cloverleaf Integration Services customer up and running with the software within a short period of time using a well-defined project. The Streamlined Learning Track  Program is designed as a partnership process including mentoring and knowledge transfer. At the end of this project, it is expected that two (2) interfaces will be live and the customer’s technical staff will have gained real-world experience with interface development using the Cloverleaf Integration software.

The overall length of the Cloverleaf Integration Services Streamlined Learning Track Program is 6 weeks from the initial planning sessions through the productive use phase of the selected Pilot Site(s).  This period of time may vary due to the complexity of the environment or other implementation activity. Deployment completion is a customer driven initiative based on resource allocation and/or organizational requirements.

    MINI-CLOVERLEAF INTEGRATION SERVICES FAST TRACK PROGRAM

      •  The Mini Fast Track Program  is designed to get a new or existing Cloverleaf Integration Services customer with a structure to define and implement a will-defined scope.  The Mini- Cloverleaf Integration Services Track is designed as a partnership process including limited mentoring and knowledge transfer.  The result of this program is that the customer will have gained a real-world experience with interface development using the Cloverleaf Integration Services software.  This is a smaller version of the Cloverleaf Integration Services Fast Track Program.
      • The overall length of this service engagement is 2 weeks from the initial planning sessions through the implementation of a single interface.  The period of time may vary due to the complexity of the environment or other implementation activity.

    Deployment completion is a customer driven initiative based on resource allocation and/or organizational requirements.

      CLOVERLEAF MIGRATION IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE 

         Deliverables:  

        • Supply migration project plan template and review with the customer.
        • Supply customer with Capacity Planning worksheets.
        • Analyze customer supplied Capacity Planning worksheets.
        • Perform a site analysis of the current environment to identify possible configuration setups that would affect migration. This includes detection and identification of custom scripts that contain hardcoded pathnames.
        • Verify the system meets Cloverleaf configuration requirements.
        • Verify that updated user documentation and media are at the customer site.
        • Verify remote connectivity of applicable.
        • Install the software.
        • Upload and install the latest revision levels for the software.
        • Validate successful software installation.

        • Netmonitor
        • Migrate a single production site for testing.
        • 8-10 interfaces are defined.
        • Provide integration engine testing of up to six (6) connections with customer approved test data.
        • Provide HTML site documentation of the migrated environment (1 production site).
        • Provide on-call support during production migration (during normal business hours).
        • Assist the customer in areas mutually agreed upon by both Allegiance Healthcare Solutions and the customer.

      SILVER Package

        Deliverables:  

        • Assist customer in creating a custom migration project plan based on Cloverleaf project plan template.
        • Gather and analyze customer capacity data and make hardware recommendations.
        • Perform site analysis of the current environment to identify possible configuration setups that would affect migration. This includes the detection and identification of custom scripts that contain hardcoded pathnames.
        • Verify that the system meets Cloverleaf configuration requirements.
        • Verify that updated user documentation and media are at the customer site.
        • Install the software.
        • Upload and install the latest revision levels for the software.
        • Validate successful software installation.
        • Directory structures
        • Process and connections
        • Netmonitor
        • Migrate up to two production sites for testing.
        • Top 10 most difficult turnkey interfaces.  As part of this Professional Assist-your staff will observe as we provide the knowledge transfer and best practices.
        • Provide integration engine testing of up to 20 connections with customer approved test data.
        • Review the new functionality with the customer.
        • Provide HTML site documentation of the migrated environments (2 production sites).
        • Assist the customer during the migration of the production system.

        GLOBAL MONITOR INSTALLATION 

        Deliverables:

        • Verify that the system meets Global Monitor configuration requirements.
        • Install Global Monitor
        • Verify connectivity inside of the customer network.
        • Install software including any applicable patches.
        • A separate server is recommended.
        • Validate successful software installation
        • Together, with the customer, create up to 5 users and 5 views
        • Knowledge transfer will take place to ensure that customer is comfortable with the administration screens and is able to create users and views
        • Specific parameters for each view will also be configured.

        SECURITY SERVER INSTALLATION   

        Deliverables:

        • Verify that the system meets the Advanced Security configuration requirements
        • Install Advanced Security and LDAP server software including any applicable patches (LDAP is no longer part of Security Server for Cloverleaf v6.2 or newer)
        • a separate server is required
        • Prerequisites:
        • X Windows
        • LDAP Services
        • Verify connectivity inside the customer network.
        • Validate successful software installation.
        • Upgrade test environment to Advanced Security
        • Train customer on the creation of certificates for users
        • Together, with the customer, create up to 5 users and 3 roles
        • Assign certificates for each user and access controls for each role.
        • Knowledge transfer will take place to ensure that customer is comfortable with the administration screens, access control list, and is able to create users and roles.
        • Upgrade the production environment to Advanced Security once the customer is comfortable with the process.

      CLOVERLEAF SITE EVALUATION – After Go-live

       Important Notes:  Quoting is based on the complexity and number of interfaces in the customer environment.  If the customer has more than 25 interfaces, onsite services are recommended. Remote or Onsite (T&L for onsite services will be billed as incurred) Services duration is normally from three to five days of services.  However, depending upon the deliverables, the duration could be longer.
